RETURNS

Refunds or replacements are only applicable for faulty products. We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect selection.

FAULTY ITEMS

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at theorganisedeffect.com.au. You will need to provide your receipt and clear photographs of the item for us to assess the product fault.

You may be asked to post the item back to us for us for further inspection. In this instance we will pay the shipping costs for the item to be returned. If your item is deemed faulty through misuse, no refund or exchange will be offered.

If the item is deemed faulty you will be offered a refund, partial or full replacement (issue dependant) and postage of the replacement item to you at no extra charge.

Refunds will be returned to the original payee. If your item is marked “gift” at the checkout we can issue you a gift certificate to the same value of the item.
