Shipping Policy

POSTAGE INFORMATION

Our products are only available for shipping within Australia. We offer complimentary standard shipping on orders over $100.00 AUD. A flat postage fee of $9.99 AUD is charged for orders under $100.00 AUD.

When orders are sent, they do not require a signature on delivery. If you are not home, it will be left in a safe place or returned to your local post office for collection. Please note, we are not responsible for any stollen packages left at your address by the carrier.

Due to shipping delays we may use alternative carriers. This may mean that we can’t deliver to a P.O. Box. In this instance we will make every effort to contact you and provide an alternative solution.

Please allow 5-7 days processing time before your parcel is sent. However, we aim to process your order within 48 hours, excluding public holidays.

Uh-oh, sometimes logistics are out of our control and there may be delays due to unforeseen delays with the carrier. We reserve the right to extend delivery time in the events out of our control.

Please note that the Söka Tub will be sent directly from the manufacture within our timeframes stated above.

TRACKING YOUR PARCEL

Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number.

If you haven’t received your tracking number within 5-7 business days please first check your junk mail. Some customers find this email is directed to this folder.

WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR IS LOST IN TRANSIT?

We inspect every item before it is shipped, therefore, we cannot accept any responsibility once it has left our warehouse. In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us and we will provide the shipping carriers details for you to liaise directly with them.

In the event that your parcel is held up or lost, it may take up to three months to receive an answer from the courier’s investigation team. These timeframes are out of our control and we will do our best to find a solution.

INCORRECT INFORMATION

Once your order has been placed no changes are able to be made. Please double check your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. Business addresses must include the business name.

If parcels are not collected or are required to be returned to sender due to insufficient or incorrect information, postage costs are unable to be refunded. Once you have placed your order, you are committing to the sale and declaring that all information entered including the shipping address is correct. If your parcel is returned to us, you will be charged for the cost of shipping materials and postage costs incurred for us to redeliver your parcel.
